If you cannot hear any audio:

  • Please check that any speaker or headset you are using is plugged in correct. If you are using a bluetooth speaker or headset, please check that the bluetooth device is enabled and powered on.
  • Please check that the volume on your device is set to a comfortable level of hearing, and is not too low or muted


If you have difficulty seeing video

  • Please check your internet connection, to ensure that the video can correctly be streamed to your device
  • Please try a different browser (Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for example)


If you still have problems hearing audio or viewing video, please reboot your device and try again. Alternatively, you may wish to try another device.
