While we use the latest tools and technologies to reduce the size of our course while maintaining the quality of our material for all devices, you will require a reliable internet connection to view your course. If you experience issues during a course, and cannot progress further please:


  • Check your internet connection. Ensure that your device is connected to either WiFi or 3G/4G and try to browse to another page or site.
