You can use any high-speed internet connection to access a course including:

  • Any type of Broadband internet (including fixed line, satellite, SIRO and others) either via an ethernet (wired) or WiFi (wireless) connection
  • 3G/4G/5G via your mobile device, tablet or hotspot

You may also be able to access a course using a slower internet connection, such as 2G/EDGE mobile internet or dial-up internet, however you may experience a delay when loading content such as images, videos and audio are loading.

If you experience connectivity issues, including slower speeds or a loss of connectivity, our courses will notify you of such an event and are designed to resume once connectivity has been restored. If you continue to experience connectivity issues, where possible we suggest that you find an alternative internet connection to complete the course.
